This is one of my original effects using the Thumb crotch, and crimping techniques....
i have been told by some magicians by performing this effect I give away one of the magical secrets such as the c/s coin . perhaps I do. i would like your take on this issue https://youtu.be/mfBHLgZDT1U never the less I am demonstrating the crimping technique. of course other methods can accomplish the same effect , this is not the point..... vinny |

I don't care for the reveal of the C/S personally. I would just have a spectator hand me one copper and one silver from a pile.
Have you tried this with something like bar coasters instead of playing cards? or paper napkins?

Maybe you should need a previous trick that "solder" a silver and a copper in a C/S coin and from there you go to this routine, and avoid to start with a C/S cold turkey.
I think the Blue and red card help with the colors of the coins as well in the transposition |

I am with funsway on this one, Mr. Marini. I am not a fan of revealing a copper-silver coin to spectators.
That being said, I really liked the "splitting" move. Respectfully, Jim
