5 Minutes to Mentalism

**No effects here and no presentations either**

In fact this is a weird one, I designed it for myself but thought others would find this an absolutely game changing tool...its a journal of sorts aimed at improving your performance and business ... so who would appreciate this? Well if you are someone who doesn't want to settle for average and will work hard to improve and succeed as a mystery performer, not just at a performance level, but at a business level as well...

Then this is for you; Someone who would see the value in doing a simple 5 minute activity everyday for better vision, performance, clarity and direction for your action

Complete half a page in the first thing in morning
half a page last thing at night
Add Action

And you've set up your day and week for an outstanding level of productivity, focus and success.

Each week there are "business success and mentalism challenges" to push you outside of your comfort zone to grow and develop in those areas.

Planning areas for monthly goals and areas to celebrate your success all bringing a level of clarity and direction to your day, week and month.

I made this firstly for myself as a tool to drive myself forward, to make me work harder - and I'm sharing it with you because it simply kicks ass and is easily the most productive and beneficial tool I have been using to improve myself as a performer, mentalist and coach.

My mornings previously were wasted on emails and facebook and the string of links and comments that it takes you on. (Interestingly, this is all linked to dopamine secretion and addiction).

There is a time and place for facebook and emails ... but it's not in the morning. A ritual and routine that has a positive affect on your day, that set ups you up for success is the key to a great day and a successful day. And that ritual for me starts with 5 Minutes to Mentalism.

This looks good! And from your morning ritual, it looks like you are a fellow WHM practitioner.

I do WHM too! Incredible! Seriously changed my life. I was on week 8 but decided to start over. I'm on week three again, lol. Love the cold and retention times are at 3 minutes. Crazy for me. Asthma my whole life and now breathing clear
and jumping into ice baths for ten minutes.

WHM stands for Wim Hoff method. It's Wim's breathing and cold adaptation techniques for vibrant health and general craziness.
The Vice documentary is the best in my opinion for an introduction:

That's absolutely brilliant Smile
As Wim has said it wouldn't it be great if this was taught to younger ages; my friends daughter suffers a lot with asthma.

And definitely the vice documentary is great too...thought I had posted but was in the airport on an old phone.

Absolutely agree! If it was taught at a young age, I truly believe asthma would be a thing of the past. I have been using it for working out too. No retention, but charging up with breath. Works like crazy!
BTW, your page looks awesome Kannon! Really inspiring my friend, thank you!

Just checking in, and would love to hear how people are going with this mentalism journal?

Are you making progress? Staying committed? Do the weekly challenges block you ... or have you totally killed them?

Great hearing from the all the Hoffers and hoffer's to be as well Smile
