...currently pre-order only - but yea, looks great!!!

Wonder if the card is examinable after the effect as spectators are bound to want to have closer look!

I would say the spectators card can be examined but obviously not the gimmicked card.

And the routine ends with the attention on the spectator's card, leaving plenty of time for a t*p c****e

Why would you need a TC? After the DL turnover you just hand the spec the card.

He means after the routine. To rid the gimmick from the top of the deck.

Exactly, there is plenty of time to do it while they look at their card.

This has lots of promise, I've seen a dealer only video of it and it does look very good and workable.

We have it here due in the UK on the 27th http://www.saturnmagic.co.uk/new-magic/s......ick.html

Yep, me too. I've not seen the gimmick myself yet, but Ben at the MoM shop has, and he was raving about it. Tom's a clever inventor!

Space Time is due to release on the 25th January.
MoM have it on the site now, shipping from the UK here: http://www.magicshop.co.uk/product_info.......d=147237

Looks great! But I'm really curious about the durability of this gimmick. Will it break (I assume it will at some point) and if it does how easy is it to fix?

That's good news Dominic, 2 days before Saturn. Can you do better Mark? Smile

Mark and MoM will probably have them on the same day. We usually do.

It does look good. That last phase reminds me of the (ultimate moving hole, in my opinion) Pothole Trick by Michael Close. I love that one, it's a treasure. I look forward to this release to see how it does too. Looks like something that would interest me.

I suspect as it is just made of card it will get dirty over time.

You won't break it easily there is very little to go wrong, creasing it is a no no as with any card gimmick, keep it nice and flat to look after it.

I suspect if you took one to bits you could remake one it but you would be just as well to buy another if you have worn it out over time.

You will also need to buy yourself a hole punch which is not included.

Can anyone who has seen it comment on how convincing punching the hole in the card initially looks? That can be a weak point in this plot with some other releases and was curiously omitted from the trailer.

I think that really depends on the magicians acting skills, and how much practice and rehearsal they want to commit to that part of their performance. If you are uncomfortable with that part. I'd recommend not making it a central point of attention. As you do it, make a comment, ask a question etc to control attention for a second. You can also increase the size of the holes in the gimmick if that helps you, when you hole punch the card.

Hope this helps

Saturn UK, great price at £18.99. That's £3 less than the competition.

Looks good but trailer spoilt by someone saying " I can't understand how I signed this card & there was no hole in it"

Yes you can. Basic routining & put your hand over here(ie. cover the damb hole.

It's like watching a tv special.

Having said that the effect looks very easy, practical & a worker.

Just don't like the usual ******** lay audience unnecessary patter on the trailer.

Very good though.

The official release date is the 25th in the US.

At times we do get new releases delivered to us in time for the release date so the US and UK are in line.

Most of the time though it is the US release date that they are sent to us on, so I always add 2 days to give a worst case as to when it will be with us.

If it arrives earlier then that's a bonus.

That being said the release date might be missed as it is just an ETA, sometimes they are early, sometime late, but as Dominic said we get them at the same time.
