I'm thinking of buying the Vernet Soft TT, after trying it out in a shop... but frankly I'm worried that my digit is too small for it... 2.75 inches circumference, that is... If it really is too small, is the Vernet FingerT suitable for me then? It seems a bit thin+long for a thumb.
If there is anyone out there with small fingers like me but is currently using a bigger TT, what are your opinions? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Cheers |

I never had a problem with the semi-transparent Vernets...I have both Super-Size and regular...They have served me for well over 25 years. Soak 'em, in hot water, and they'll fit like a glove! A bit off-topic, now:
I have found the ultimate. This comes as an extra TT in the boxed, deluxe D'Lite set. 2 D'Lites, a video and that extra TT. My favorite. I can point it directly at you from just FEET away, and I challenge you to see it! It's opaque, so I can use a blue silk without it showing. Wonder if they sell that one separately? Doug |

I think they do, right here: http://www.penguinmagic.com/product.php?ID=370
Looks like its out of stock right now. Hmm... now I wonder if I should get it? I have a vernet one that is insanely small on my jinourmous manly hands, so I have to boil it and stick the back end of my rake until it completely solidifies. God Bless, C. Vernon Bitter

Karnage, Check with Brad Burt. You can check out his site at http://www.magicshop.com . He carries some nice soft tips. Not too soft, definately not hard. If you have questions you can email him and he'll let you know more about them. I use them and like them. When it comes to a hard one, I prefer Vernet.
If the TT is a little big it's not a problem. Try it. You'll see what I mean. On the other hand (no pun intended!) if ones too small, well you know what then!! Lee.
In December of '06 I was diagnosed with a very rare cancer, Dermatofibrosarcoma Protuberans. One in a million people worldwide are diagnosed with this type of cancer annually. Sarcomas account for 1% of all cancers. Knowledge is power!
