WTF ! This is killer con. I can't believe it. OMG.

But it will make a very interesting magic trick, though, with a little tinkering. You can entertain a room full.

The Razzle is being played in some Caribbean casinos.
I saw my dad lose a 1955 yard at a count store on Royal American once.
Never really cared for flat stores since then,

The slow motion version of the razzle is the pin store in which th mark throws rubber canning rings over numbered cloths pins. In the razzle a lot of numbers come up at once, making for a faster game. The pin store gives the illusion of "skill", allowing the flatty longer to to work his mark. Di spite the apparent differences in the games, they work the same. Serious money is involved in these (con)-games. They can not work without the cooperation of the law. The ever present lens of TV news and now the camera-phone has about led to their demise.

I watched a guy lose an entire paycheck at one of these back in the late '70s. His wife probably divorced him that week. She'd been trying to drag him away for probably 45 minutes.

These are beautiful. Few will appreciate them and fewer will know what to do with it.

Here's what you get:

Board (maple and walnut)
Wooden Maple Cup
Marbles(8)
Conversion Chart
Point Counter
Pdf File with instructions

This is the most complete Razzle Dazzle that I've ever seen.

Best

Steve

Years ago I picked up a Razzle set up that was used on the Royal American Shows. It even has the "free play" passes.

Not the same as the Oaks board, Oaks did not provide any instructions with his games.if you didn't know what it was, you didn't need it.
Pin & Teller did an in dept exposure of this on BS.

Mandy, the only time they take those prizes off the shelf is to pack them up to go to another location. I have investigated and inspected carnival games for years when I was an active law enforcement officer. We cleaned up our midway here but I have not been back since retiring 6 years ago.

Any game that uses a point conversion chart is a red flag that you should not play that game.

The ones I saw were in a football format, and 5 dice were thrown and as the "dealer" added up the total, he miscalled the total and from the chart showed that you advanced down the field and accumulated various prizes until near the goal line. Now the dealer adds correctly and of course now you never pass the goal line. When you run out of money they send you over the fence to ask friends for more money and you can come back and keep trying but you won't win...and you won't catch anything because now they are adding the dice up true. You only advance when they add the dice crookedly.
