Penguin have been doing this for a long time. It's a nice touch on their part but it's not really a topic for latest and greatest now is it. Why not email them if you want to congratulate them.

Sorry if I posted it in a wrong section but I want to grab the attension of other dealers to improve their services. I bought from other online shops and really some of them have the crown of the bad services and crappy faulty products.
One shop I bought from them but 2 weeks later they didn't ship my order, I sent them about 10 emails without responce. At last I felt very angery and I sent them to cancel my order, for my surprise this time they replied to me apologizing they never receive any email from me and I should wait another week to ship the product!!!!! . Another shop I bought from it discounted product for very good price, after more than 24 hours they emailed me that this product can not be discounted and I should pay full money or refund! I can not count how many times I bought things doesn't work out of the box or they are different than the discription in the website. @Admins/mods: plz move this topic to the right section.
