Hi all,

I am trying to find a set like the N2 set since it has been discontinued and I can't find it anywhere. I want one because after the m*****c face is removed you are left with an examinable half dollar. What other sets if any are identical to this? I know the T.U.C. is similar but the non [ part cannot be examined. I read mixed opinions about it. Are there any others out there? Thanks in advance!

I usually use the n3 with the same idea , you can use it like and c/s coin.
Nowadays I only can find n3 coin set, I don´t know why n4 and n2 are out of stock.
Maybe you can use a split coin with stickers for your routine(johnny wong).

I'm not 100% sure how the N2 set works, since I don't have one, but couldn't you just do this with two m*****c coins, or a m*****c/s*****d coin and a split coin? Some combination of that and the method for a "two signed coins merge into a single coin with a signature on both sides" seems like it should work end up similarly.

As far as the N4 set goes, Penguin currently has it in stock, as do a few other places on a quick search. That one's identical to the N3, just with opposite Copper/Silver bits, right?

Thanks guys. Tonsofquestions, I could use the m******c thin face of the N4 and a s*****d half for it as long as they match up well and the edges aren't noticeable. A little practice usually fixes that. I have the N3 and N4. The N4 shows in stock at Penguin but there were ethical issues in the mix which may have caused the company to vanish. If you click on it it shows not in stock. I found an explanation on another website about how the idea was taken from someone else and credit wasn't given. It is a good set together for sure. Thanks for the idea. I'll pick up a s*****d half to go with the thin face and see how they look.

Interesting. I guess I hadn't tried to go further so didn't notice that. Let us know how it works out for you!
