One though I do not see discussed above. When a Search Warrant is issued it is for specific evidence based on convincing a judge that there is a high likelihood
that the evidence exists and is at the specified location. Here there is no strong evidence that any specific evidence exists -- or any at all. Or that even unencrypted it will be readable. Even crooks can have a simple cypher that is unbreakable in a single message. So the FBI did not get a search warrant -- couldn't. Instead they are doing a fishing expedition in the hopes of finding something, or of convincing the public of the acceptability of this action for future purposes. Alternately, they know nothing is on the phone but want to give the appearance of doing everything possible after messing with the phone earlier. Our culture is quickly dissolving in to "whom to blame if it doesn't work," and "how to take credit for something that did work" with no concept of accountability. That is the real terrorism!

YouTube was mentioned in that it would teach someone how to hack an iPhone. Super scarey! The programs that I listed are not on YouTube as a how to use it as it's not available. Please keep up.
