Give them free oranges as they exit all will be fine.

The lines women have to wait in are always longer at theater intermissions than the men's line. Unisex bathrooms would even out the wait. This might mean men have to wait a little longer, but would be more fair.
I don't think I've ever seen a shower in a public bathroom. That doesn't mean they don't exist but they must be few and far between. That talk seems to be fear-mongering by people who can't make a valid argument against common restrooms for all people. |

Wouldn't all of this be a nonissue if we had men and women's restrooms? Oh wait we do.
If I were to agree with you. Then we would both be wrong. As of Apr 5, 2015 10:26 pm I have 880 posts. Used to have over 1,000

He meant men and women used the same trees 50,000 years ago.

More accommodation to a tiny fraction of the population. Women restrooms came about because women demanded them. Before women were in the workplace you didn't need separate rooms. Once we had two genders working together, we needed two rooms. I think it's something about the seat being up or down.
Gender isn't biology. There are two sexes. You can conceive in your mind that you are a woman, but your sex will say you're a man. Caitlyn Jenner wants it both ways, pretend to be a woman and keep the male biology. At some point you can't compensate for silliness. Get the operation, stake your claim and then use the appropriate bathroom. Most of these psychologically mixed up people want the world to kowtow to their silly needs. If you can use a urinal, you're a man. If not, sit down. I'm not letting you call yourself a woman unless you get the op and make it so. You're still a butchered man, but at least you're putting your money where your mouth is. As to the comparison to segregated bathrooms, you should be ashamed. They had colored mens and women restrooms and it was a black mark on our society. Gender is a grammar term. Just because postmodern morons linked it to biology, we have to put up with this nonsense. There is only biology and/or a figment of your imagination. |

I've looked this up before, and if I recall, women's restrooms actually came about because men wouldn't allow women into the men's bathrooms- used to make women pee on the ground outside, apparently. I'll see if I can find it. I think it was on a public shower thread lunatik frequented.

He never said he was coming because a law didn't exist. Now one does and he's not coming. Where's the connection. Pointless and meaningless. I guess he can feel righteous, but I suspect he will lose fans. Also the arrogance to think withholding his performance is a punishment to the state of NC. How much of an over inflated ego can you be? |

One more point - the guy that spearheaded the campaign to get all gender access to bathrooms that forced the legislature to pass the law is a pedophile and sex offender. Who woulda guessed?
If I was a woman I wouldn't want my bathroom to look like most men's rooms. Creed knows why https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WvVUd1ovz7c https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TD3-TQcbkmg |

Several states have banned tax-payer funded business trips to NC. The state's Attorney General has said he will not defend the bill. Quite a few business leaders and politicians have issued blistering statements against this bill. Some of them can be read here: http://www.wral.com/news/local/page/15600345/ As far as Springsteen goes, you may not be familiar with him, but he is one of the biggest acts in show business. If he has an ego, it certainly isn't over-inflated. He has worked for an deserves the position he has attained. A position from which he can call attention to the blatant discrimination brought down upon a minority in a southern state (not an unfamiliar scenario) by cynical politicians pandering to backward thinking voters who are being dragged kicking and screaming into the 21st century. |
