Can anybody recommend some books containing games which are either sure-fire wins or where the odds are extremely deceptive? I've already read "How to Cheat at Everything" and am looking for a book focusing solely on games like Nim, Notakto (from this thread: http://www.themagiccafe.com/forums/viewt......orum=191 ...would have made it a link but for some reason the link wasn't working in the preview), the 5 and 7 card hustles, and that game where people guess the serial numbers on a bill.

Essentially, games that don't require actual cheating in order to be extremely biased in a specific player's favor. Are there any books like that which you can recommend?

Not really interested in prop bets (right now).

I wrote a few posts on many Nim variations that you may enjoy: http://headinside.blogspot.com/search/label/nim

Good blog about NIM! I did not know there were so many ways to do this.

Love the finger dart version - A good way to give out your business card if you draw the board on the back of your card.

Good stuff
"The New York Papers," Mark Twain once said,"have long known that no large question is ever really settled until I have been consulted; it is the way they feel about it, and they show it by always sending to me when they get uneasy. "
