Today my boss ask me , what is the best card trick money can buy? He wish to perform a card trick in a party about 30 people.
He just know a little about card magic, and don't have time to practice a lot. Any idea? |

It's hard to beat...
"NEMO 1500!!" (For 30, 300, or 3,000, it doesn't matter.) |

That was not a very good demo of Nemo 1500. It plays better than that, but is it the best.....not so sure about that!

I want to entertain about 30 people at a party by playing the piano. I just know a little about the piano and don't have time to practice.

Sixten that is the oddest post I've seen in a while. Even assuming you pasted in the wrong url I just can't make heads or tails out of your sentence structure.

Can't understand the reason for the sarcasm. Invisible deck would have to be one of the best.

I therefore recommend he learns the piano trick. But ideally I would say to the poster, ask your boss to buy a copy of Mark Wilson's book. If he demonstrates that level of commitment, perhaps recommend a trick to him from that

Can't understand the reason for the sarcasm. Invisible deck would have to be one of the best. Invisible deck IS one of the best card tricks you can buy if not the best. But it takes practice. If his boss likes magic and wants to do a trick for 30 people he already knows what the best trick he can already do is. It would be better for him to do a confident version of the 21 card trick than to buy something new in hopes that the trick itself will make him a better magician. MY boss begged me for years to teach him the invisible deck. I refused because he was so amazed by the trick I didn't want to take that away from him. Eventually he went to a magic shop and bought the trick. (he described it to the salesman). So he came to me again for help and I reluctantly agreed to help him learn it for a big party coming up. He just could not learn that trick. I explained it to him over and over and he kept getting confused and always pulled the wrong card. I even showed him the no math method. He still tried to do it at the party and goofed it up. |

Svengali deck, but teach him how to use it convincingly, even for a simple trick.
Otherwise, two card monte or Dutch Looper. |

ID will take a bit of practice.I suggested this because it is a fantastic trick and reasonable mechanical. Maybe he could do a card prediction using a one way forcing deck. Surely he couldn't muck this up. Chappelly. |
