Ollie, I've read a couple of your posts and you seem determined to learn sleights and effects from free websites.

Do yourself a favor. Go get a good book on card work. Royal Road to Card Magic or Card College Vol. 1 are a great palce to start. Support the magic scene.

You really want to know 3 card monte? I mean the REAL street hustle? Then go to a bookstore and order The Real Work by Paul Price. This will teach you the proper fundamentals to the hustle. Happy grifting!

I'm not sure what Blaine did, but Skinners Ultimate 3 Card Monte is an excellent packet trick. There are other posts that give other ideas.

Ollie,
Mike Skinner's 3 card monte is still the best in my opinion. Please check out Doc Eason's Video. He has a wonderful ungaffed version.

Daryl's Video is called "Daryl Does the Full Monte" and it is an excellent resource. Lots of ideas on 3-card monte as entertainment (and many of the techniques can be used on the street) as well as several monte-related routines and tips on how to construct some useful gaffs...

Ollie 1235,
Blain does a 3card monte, where did you see that???
I agree with above posts that Daryl's video is the most indepth monte tribute,
be sure to also check Doc Easons' Bar Magic vol.1.

If you like three card monte you should read Jon Scarne's book on it. Also Dai Vernon's further inner secrets of card magic. And the old expert at the card table.

There is good info about three card monte in these books.

Try Sal Piacante's Street Monte. On http://www.penguinmagic.com you can get 3 shell dvd, 3 card monte dvd, golden shells, and a deck of cards for about $60 I believe.
