Hi all,
I am planning to go to vegas for 7-10 days in August or early September. I am planning to see Copperfield, Mac King and a couple of Cirque shows. Are any of you based in Vegas? I would really appreciate any suggestions of other things to do. Many Thanks Gary |

Penn and Teller would top my list.
If you are a pinball fan the pinball hall of fame is on Tropicana. I could suggest things for pages but if we don't know what you like it may not be helpful. I could suggest the Grand Canyon, Hoover Dam, shoot a machine gun, the CSI Experience, or the Bodies exhibit. Without knowing your preferences it is rough because there is SO much here. That was not being obnoxious, but serious.

I will second the Grand Canyon, Hoover Dam, and the bodies exhibit. Awesome.

I didn't do the Bodies experience. I DID however do the Titanic exhibit and can highly recommend it!

I've done quite a few things in Vegas, so I can recommend a few as well...
The view from the High Roller, worlds tallest observation wheel is pretty amazing. https://www.caesars.com/linq/high-roller The view from the top of the Stratosphere is also quite amazing. http://www.stratospherehotel.com A helicopter ride over the Vegas strip or the Grand Canyon is also pretty amazing. There's many helicopter tour/ride companies in Vegas, as a Google search will show. Here's one example. http://www.lasvegas.com/tours/helicopter/ The Freemont Experience is a fun place to visit as well. http://vegasexperience.com http://vegasexperience.com/viva-vision-light-show/ I hope this helps!
