Does anyone have any sources I can find Lewis Jones books for sale?
I'm searching for some of the books, specifically Seventh Heaven. I can't seem to find them anywhere. His website doesn't exist anymore.

Try lewisjonesmagic.co.uk

Seventh Heaven, one of the best book ever written IMO, unfortunately is out of print and also Ahead of the Pack. The others you can order at the site listed.

I've ordered directly from Lewis' site a couple of times before. Shipping is prompt and included in the price. It's an even better deal now with the dollar to pound exchange, (assuming that you're paying with dollars).

Ekins, have you got his last two books, Card Party or Top Deck. I have everything else except those two. If so I was wondering what you thought of them.

If you order from him also he will sign the book if you ask him.

H&R Magic may still sell some of Lewis' books.

In my humble opinion, he is the most brilliant creator of subtle card work extant. He truly deserves the title, "Ingenious". His work inspires me! Purchase while there are copies to be had.

I agree 100%.I've been into magic since 1990 and even owned a shop and somehow I never heard of Lewis Jones until 3 years ago. Ingenious is also the word I would use to describe his magic. I have my favorites when it comes to subtle card magic, Nick Trost, John Bannon, Simon Aronson but I would put Lewis Jones at the top if I had to.

Which of his books would you recommend? Magic Gourmet, Book of Revelations, Top Score or Card Party?

I'd have to go back and reread them again to give you a good answer but off the top of my head I really liked The Book of Revelations.

We carry Lewis' books. His new one is on its way to us as I type this. I am a huge fan of Mr. Jones and highly recommend his books to card magicians. I don't perform much anymore for lay people, but his effects WILL fool other magicians. They are extremely fun to pull out when sessioning.

Pick any and you will be well served. I just ordered several of his latest (that somehow escaped me), but I should say that "Card Party" contains HASTERIX which is a prized jewel that I had to find in now unavailable work of Lewis'. It is worth the price of the book and I have used it to great effect for laymen and performers , all of whom were amazed and intrigued. I hate you for making me tell you this.

That said, Seventh Heaven is my favorite because it simply holds more volume of Lewis' work. Get copy if you can find one and be delighted. The quality is the same in all his work, so pick one and begin the journey.

Seventh Heaven is excellent - a lot of quality thinking for a low price. I've had mine for a number of years and frequently refer to (heavily loaded with bookmarks!)

I was just checking Lewis Jones' website and there is a new message on there (October 2018) from a friend of his called Mike Hutchinson who has taken over responsibility for selling the books. There's only four books left - As if by Magic, Card Party, Persona and Top Score. However Mike says that he would like to make the other books available on kindle, starting with Seventh Heaven. He will only be able to do this if there is enough interest and to that end he invites you to express an interest using the form on the website.

He says: "The more interest there is the more likely it is to happen."

So I'm just publicising this here in the hope that the people who have contributed to this thread, and anyone reading it, will visit the website and express an interest. Lets make the kindle version a reality!
