Hello,
I'm happy to announce that my new podcast is live! WellAttended is a theatre and event marketing podcast for producers looking to increase their ticket sales. I interview magicians, theatre producers, variety entertainers, and professional marketers once a week, so that you can learn new ways to promote your shows. Each episode ends with actionable advice that you can immediately use to increase your revenue. We have a lot of great interviews lined up with Bill Abbott, Joe Diamond, Bill Gladwell, Josh London, Thom Britton and many more. The latest episode is with Bill Abbott who discusses his weekly theatre show at Dave and Busters, why having a quality show matters, how he decides where to perform, and how he uses a custom backdrop for photo opportunities to help promote his show. You can listen on iTunes here: https://itunes.apple.com/us/podcast/well......37237847 Or directly on our website: https://wellattended.com/podcast I hope the podcast will help your performances. Cheers, William Rader |

Joe,
I'm glad you are finding the podcast helpful. We just released Joe Diamond's episode. He talks about why he started a weekly show in his studio, how he builds relationships with the press and got his own radio show, and his clever use of publicity stunts to get media coverage. He also talks about the benefits of being in a small venue. You can listen directly here: https://wellattended.com/blog/006-creati......diamond/ William |
