So, I just got my first testimonal back. I had sent out thank you letters with a post card for their comments. It hasn't been something I've done in the past. I figure they cost me next to nothing to gather and they might make a difference. So, I'm going to start trying them. I'm going to try to track whether they made a difference or not.

I also figured out why you guys are so big on them; it feels great to read all those nice words about your show!

Woo hoo a 150 posts by yours truly... ok it's nothing compared to the number some of you have but now there are a 150 examples of how much time I really spend on the net.

Well, yes and no.

It definitely feels good to read what they had to say. For me though, I dig the marketing angle.
