I just did my first perfect full deck spread, the kind that can then be lifted up and down from one end to the other Now just need to perfect the fan
Glad to see the progress with my own eyes. Soumyajit

It's satisfying when it starts to "click."
It's still magic even if you know how it's done.

(Eddie Fechter; popularized by David Blaine's 2-card Monte) (7) Ambitious Card (credited to Gustav Alberti; many magicians have their own deceptive style to cause the chosen card "magically pop up" on the top) This way, you can practice and polish the sleights such as Reverse, Steal / Vanish, False Count, Double Lift, Overhand Shuffle, Top Change, and Control To Top. |

Thanks for the advice, Sam. I feel like an eavesdropper, but I was wondering myself what types of sleights to focus on and where to find good instruction. I think I'll be hunting down Daryl's volume one at very least.
