Very sad news about the passing of Gene Wilder. A deep thinker, fantastic actor, and by all accounts, a decent human being.
RIP.

It's hard to believe he was 83. Great actor.

Blazing Saddles was probably my favorite with Gene Wilder as "The Waco Kid".
Watch this clip with Gene and Cleavon Little where Cleavon does a magic trick to help show how fast the Waco Kid is. |

Very funny man! I felt so sad on hearing his passing. Just his expressions were priceless (like when he realizes that Gilda Radner is the faux 'woman in red')! My favorites were his films with Richard Pryor, but I loved them all. Lynn

Very sad. Gene Wilder has a special place in my heart.
I think Sherlock Holmes Smarter Younger Brother is my favorite Movie that he starred in. Not only was it funny but the Music was amazing. All the principal actors in that movie are gone now but it lives on for me. I still watch Gene's movies often but to see Willie Wonka I must have candy available. I'm glad that He and his Family decided to tell about the Alzheimer's. Hopefully it will send funds towards a cure. RIP Gene. -Mary Mowder |

Gene Wilder was always nice and wonderfully amusing...if I had to pick just one movie, however, that would be The Frisco Kid.
