They do not respond to my inquiries about a fix or replacement.

Did you call? I have never not gotten a response or call back from Mark. Last time I checked on that particular item (about 3 years ago) it was only $10 plus shipping for a "length" of it (probably the same amount you get when you buy the flipper for ever needing a repair).
Edit: after re-reading your op. Do you also need the inner part of the flipper? as in "not just the band"? If so definitely call him and explain exactly what you need. You will probably have to send him the part you have so he can match the inner diameters and such (or it may come down to you just need a replacement, which MAY actually be less expensive and will come with extra elastic). But seriously, call him (and tell him I told you to. He tells me a lot of people call on my recommendations. I think I bought his last two cars for him)

Mark's a super nice guy and typically very responsive...
He once pulled over while driving on the highway to take an order from me, can you believe it? LOL |

All repair questions and supplies are covered in DVD, with legit purchase. Why wouldn't you know RichLucas?
It's not their senses that mislead, it's their assumptions.

Really though, the OP has never reported back if he solved the issue or just gave up. I still am not sure what he is asking. After rereading the OP, I am not sure if he may have broke the band and lost the inner flap piece possibly. Or... did he flat out lose the flap coin from the set and is not sure where to get the "exact same coin " as different effects use different type flippers. (Gravity, magnetic, locking...)
But I still stand by my original answer. Call Mark and explain what you need.
