Hi all,
i hope my question sounds not too stupid How much physical strength is needed for the Liquid Forkes routines by Morgan Strebler. Just asking because of my disabilities. Would be nice if someone can explain the routine to me before I buy and can't handle it then. Greetings from a colourful, autumnal Bavaria Elrondo

It requires moderate hand strength that is built up by doing the routine over and over again. The quality of the cork also makes a difference. I'd need to know more about your disability to say more.

I guess in the moment of the performance is very less strength needed and it's pretty clear why a special kind of forxx is recommended. It's more or less the "Amazing Randi" method. Having the right forks really made my life so much easier.
Usually the one you can buy in the dollar store are great. |
