I see there is a new rule for editing posts. There is a time limit to editing or deleting a post. 30 mins after which you cannot edit your own posts...

I find that annoying. Why has this been introduced?

It's very simple: We recently had another occurrence where people went in and deleted all the text from all of their posts - even topic starting posts. That destroys the flow of topics (and then some), and we just can't allow that to happen anymore.

It won't.

Unfortunately, this is one instance where a few bad apples spoiled it for everybody else. You have those people to thank for it.

Fortunately, I was able to restore almost all of the posts.
