Hi Guys,
Here I am to present you our latest release - Instapad Watch the trailer on the following link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K7SVVW-bW14 Produced by Gee Magic, created by Danny Weiser and Goncalo Gil, Instapad is the most visual signed card production ever released. The plot is simple, the magician introduces the Instapad by saying that it will be important in a few moments and he can put it on the table, or give it to a spectator. A card is freely chosen and signed. Then, the magician can perform his favourite card routine, keeping the Instapad aside for the big finale. Magically, the signed card vanishes from the deck. At that moment, the magician picks up the Instapad and tells the spectators that their card is in the pad (they can read Your Card on it). There is something more, an arrow pointing to a dot that the magician will claim it is the signed card, but it is still far away and the only thing he needs to do is to bring it closer. When the magician does that, he will produce the card in the most visual way. THIS IS A PRE-ORDER PRODUCT. IT WILL BE SHIPPED TO YOU ON DECEMBER 15th, 2016. • You will produce the signed card • Instant reset • There is no switches of any kind • Everything can be examed • 3 different routines • Easy to do • You can perform it surrounded (angle proof) • You will finish 100% clean (nothing to palm or discard) Regards, Goncalo Gil |

Hi Gonzalo
I like the idea. Will your pad come with "Your card" already written? Or will you supply in different languages? Thanks Patrick |

What is the pad / pages made of ? Will they stand up to the multiple flipping of the fingers?
In other words is it durable or maybe plastic coated to resist dirt and oils from our hands?
Guilt will betray you before technique betrays you!

Hey guys! I have been receiving PMs about size of the pad and storing while working. The pad is kept in my back pocket along with my deck of cards. What makes this effect great is the minimal pocket space this takes up to accomplish a super fun and visual mystery card type of effect.

So it's a combination of card toon and a Mercury fold by the look of things ? Looks very visual but Just thinking how many impossible locations effects we need lol 😊 However I have liked all their effects thus far .

This is one of my favourite of Danny's creations. I know there are lots of "impossible location" type tricks already out there but this one really fits my style.
Fun, visual yet seemingly impossible. Nice one Danny and Gonçalo |

This looks very interesting indeed, genius idea. Will sit back and wait for the reviews on this one. One question: I am guessing that this involves a mercury fold and then loading the card into the pad, if so is the load quick and smooth or can it be fiddly?
Regards, Tom

Instapad – Gonçalo Gil
Product description : Everyone have always wanted to find a good ending for his ambitious card routine, whether the full card is find in the wallet, or folded in quarters in a small box, there are plenty of options on the market. This is a new addition, which allows you to perform a card to impossible location with something with a cartoon feel to it. You show a small pad with a red dot, very small, on it. You flick the pad, the red dot becomes a folded card in quarters and then pops out of the pad, like magic. They can unfold it and find that it’s their own signed card. Is this a good routine ? Would this fits in your act ? Let’s find out together ! Price and where to buy it : This is sold at $29.95 and you can find it in nearly every Murphy's magic « partner » shop ! What you get : You get a small cardboard box, simple but well made, the packaging is simple but elegant. Inside, you’ll find a link for the explanation video. This video is not the best I’ve seen, but it does the job to explain you the basics with the pad and what you can do with it. You also get the pad which is not gaffed but nicely printed. The nice thing with the pad is that there are 5 pages with a language on each one, so you can rip off the pages with the language you don’t want. However, there is only one design of the folded card, and it’s a bicycle one, you can select red or blue when you order it. For the price, I’m not disappointed with what I received, just a little bit sad that you’re limited to bicycle. Teaser : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fChKGFQU6yk The pros and the cons : Here is the core of my review, let's begin with the cons, as I will usually be doing, I prefer to keep the good things for the end. THE CONS : – As I said, you’re limited to only one back design. Maybe, if you flick the pad quickly, they won’t be able to see the design so you can use any red backed card. – You have to carry this pad just to do this effect so it’s something more to have in your pocket, so you should consider it. THE PROS : – I especially like the fact that they included several languages, so everyone can use it and you’re not limited to English which could be difficult to justify during your routine. – I also love those routine which have a cartoon feel to them, the animation on the pad and the popping out at the end is just perfect. – The card can be signed, I advise you to do it like that because the ending is much stronger to produce their signed card rather than a random card they selected. – You have a 3D producing effect at the end, the drawing becomes reality and in the mind of the spectator, this is a very strong aspect of the routine. – They thought about small details which help you to do the routine in a much more easier way, they have shorten page, they have made the last page more solid so the card can pop out correctly. – The pad is small enough to fit in your jacket pocket, and it is not that big so even if you have to carry this item, it’s not a big one. – If you want to, you can give out the pad at the end for examination, they will only see the pages printed but no gimmick of any kind ! I wouldn’t do that, I prefer to leave them without any possible explanation. Overall rating : This is a good little tool, the effect you can achieve with it is very strong, but I can’t see myself having this on me every time I want to perform a card effect, 3/4 hearts. As for the difficulty level, a simple mercury card fold and the handling with the pad is quite easy to master, I would say 2/5 stars. Similar products : A way to produce a card in this way, I don’t know a lot of effects which can achieve that, maybe 3D Advertising by Henry Evans but you will produce a full deck of cards. Maybe I am the only one but for me it just looks like a card falls out of a pad and not magicial at all!
