Just a heads up to any creators or store owners out there - this site is run by a young man who believes it's perfectly fine to sell tutorials to other people's tricks on his site.

If any of you are creators who sell downloads and are concerned that this person may re-sell your products without authorization, PM me.

What's he doing that you have an issue with? It looks like he makes tutorials of mostly card tricks. Do you have an example of him re-selling products? There is nothing wrong with re-selling products. Magicians re-sell products all the time. If your concern is that he is learning tricks then "teaching" them on youtube through his own video tutorials then what is exactly wrong with that? If you believe he is violating a moral or ethic please explain. I might be missing something.

Sorry - I meant to actually change this post up but ended up working late yesterday and had no time.

When I was first alerted to this page they were selling downloads from companies like Theory11 and Ellusionist for $1-$3 - they had around 12 videos of E's, as Theory11 had already issued a cease and desist. Due to efforts from myself and Theory11's staff he has removed the majority of those products. The two products they have remaining are tutorials for marketed effects. The one they are calling "Morph Candy" even has a link to the trailer for Skim & Ms. The "Trap" video is ripping off a Rob Greenlee product.

After a lengthy exchange through email I have determined that the two kids who are running this 'store' have no concern with stealing from creators and selling it as their own work.

Thanks for clarifying. I can see the issue now. Re-selling downloads without consent or authorization is a big no-no. Glad to see the video's have been removed, but I'm surprised YouTube didn't suspend or revoke their account for that.

The videos that are on their current YouTube channel are not copyright-infringing. They are your typical "crotch as a background card trick" videos.


But I know they use a couple different channels, as I have been busy banning all that I can find.

How do you go about banning all you can find?
