For those of you on the 300 list, are you all opting to have the "Repositioner" add-on part installed free of charge prior to shipment or are you accepting the watch as is? Not sure if I will need my watch to emit smoke up my forearm rather than my palm alone. My main uses would be for a QB3 bend, simple vanishes and a modified 'Double Cross--Portal' combo routine that I perform.

I will be using for the same. Have not decided yet

For some reason the Vapr Watch seems to be out of stock. I'm not sure if this is temporary?? Does anyone know what happened to the Vapr Watch?

Although I want the Vapr Watch quickly I am opting to have the repositioner put on. I believe that this will give me more options and will be an asset to me.

Hello boys just jumping in quickly before I head out.

Legendary Wizard, an email went out last night. Due to the accounting department miscalculated the cost (our fault!), at current moment it's impossible for the watch to be retailed at $300 even after mass production. We're still finding alternative ways and checking if that's the only cost of category we missed. Meanwhile, we are adjusting the retail price to $399.95. So after the campaign, the retail price will be at $399.95. However we are honoring our campaign at $250 for the pledge supporters at this moment while the accounting department is looking into the details. The campaign offer might have to be adjusted soon though. Just keeping all supporters and friends here in the loop.

Lord*Of*ILLUZION, I highly recommend getting the repositioner. I use it even in my normal setup. Quite hard to explain but it further secures the position of the smoke. I wear the watch as my everyday watch performance or not, the repositioner makes it really convenient and secure. Plus you get it for free as a campaign supporter now. Future purchasers would have to purchase it.

But Will, the website is not currently offering the Vapr Watch. As of late last night it's showing out of stock. When will the Watch come back online for sale?

I want the repositioner in both of my watches, so I wont answer Will's e-mail (you must in case you don't want them to install it) and wait a couple of weeks more in case I'm one of the 300

It is not permanent.
You can uninstall it if you don't like it.

I would have expected more from Sansminds.

K: I think you should reply to speed up their fulfillment process. They are asking for 1) Order number 2) Whether you want the add-on installed 3) Current Correct address 4) Any other shipping requests. The email says it will help them process your order. Hope that helps.

The second update email just informs you will receive a quick update 3rd email for UPS address confirmation and availability.

At least that's what I understood.

Am I missing something here? to me it looks like all the videos ive seen of this product the smoke looks like a little 'puff' and that's it, its not thick smoke at all? also that watch face size is laughable I'm pretty sure layman would even notice how big it is....its almost like you have one of those oversized jumbo coins attached to your wrist....can anyone shed some light on the smoke aspect? cause for 300 bucks the smoke shouldn't look that bad? also for the price mystery smoke has this....smoked right

Hey Alex, I recognize your name. Not sure what I did to you to worth your valuable time on your attack everywhere. If at some point I did something you weren't happy with, I apologize for it. Now to answer your question with respect, the reason it took 4 years for the Vapr Watch to get to this stage IS because we took the time and didn't wish to put something on the market that's not finished.

As I stated in the official video, this was going to be a $1000 watch and it's made with that standard and scale of operation. However I believe in power of sharing and I want everyone to be able to afford our creative work. So for the first time, we are leaving it to the hands of the end consumers to decide the fate of the production. That way supporters get to buy it at wholesale price. If enough supporters back us and the campaign succeeds, it benefits the end consumers as well as puts the project in the scale of production that we can bring part of the costs down. If the campaign fails, then it's a lesson we learn. And in the future we won't be able to do it again; the products would go through regular channels and end consumer would end up paying for more at regular price.

In the process of trying to keep the price down at bone cost for everyone, our accounting department made a mistakes; this shows how much we want to keep it affordable so everyone could own quality magic with affordable price. Upon the discovery of mistake we have to adjust the retail price because we simply can't afford to sell a product below its cost. At this moment we are honoring the pledge supporter's campaign at $250. Just trying to do what we could.. and price adjustment may occur soon if the math doesn't work out.
