Got my watch months ago and just realized I haven’t touched it since I got it. Now I have to remember where I put it.

Were you part of the first 300 watches? Also do mind if I ask what day did you purchase. I’m trying to see where my order fits in.

For clarity I still have not received my unit. My order date:
(placed on January 7, 2017 4:47:38 AM PST) I paid $51.50 for "shipping and handling" and nothing on the order site at that time stated it would not be shipped quickly. I understand there were pages on the site that explained a delay but while ordering I was not notified of any such delay. I paid $348.95 for a watch and some extra smoke. Apparently the smoke comes with undocumented mirrors . . . While waiting fort my watch I heard of others who bought after me at a convention and this caused a stir until we were told that scores of these were really "personally" owned by someone at SansMinds who sold his personal devices. Wish they offered them to those of us who had paid but who couldn't grab those. The argument has always been that they are a small company and they needed more pre-orders to raise the money to make these units. They sell new tricks every week that are a DVD in a package with a string or a magnet (sometimes both) and a DIY video of instructions. Gotta be money flowing in there. I received a notice that my unit would ship in Mid November. That notice was the last direct communication from SansMinds to me. I understand they have posted that they have a big stack and shipping is taking them longer than expected. As a consumer, I see constant promises followed by constant delays. Some nights I just drink and cry about how someone took $400 from me on January 7th and yet I have nothing as of November 21. I want to trust them. I want to support them. I want creativity and innovation to flourish. Mostly I want them to hire one more minimum wage person to help them ship their huge stock of watches they now have that they say is ready but not going out because it takes them time to ship . . . . The business of Magic includes BUSINESS. Otherwise you are a creator or a Magician but not a BUSINESS. I will wait until I get my watch. I will pray the glass doesn't fall out and that the unit works. And lasts under real use. Until then I have to not buy more at SansMinds because I feel like I've been hyped, sold, and then given scores of excuses by a company that keep making killer videos, buying ads in magazines and spending money everywhere but where it matters to me and hundreds of others - making and shipping what was promised. I am sad.

Yeah.. I was told my replacement watch would be coming with these and was just informed that it won't be. I hate to withdraw my order but I am still waiting on the free gift package, a vapr watch, and two remotes for them. I think it's an amazing device but I wish they told us more what was going on.

The worse pre order of all time. Glad I stayed away. I see them come up for sale from time to time. If I ever want one all pick one up for sale in the for sale section.Also most likely by the time you guys get yours something new might be coming out. Who knows. Sad very sad.

All Vapr watches will have a very slight hissing sound. That’s normal. It’s about three times more quiet than the Lynx Smoke Watch but there is a small sounds. Any normal situation the sound will be silent. You’ll only hear it in a super quiet room.
Note to Vapr Watch buyers. Reports are showing people are getting there watches. Everyone will have it before the end of the year as promised on day one.

Hey everybody
Yesterday I have received my Vapr Watch ( it is really looking good). The 5 extra refills where included. The only minor for me is, that in my package there is no letter with the Instruction on how the let the watch work :-( I have sent a couple of e-mails and on FB -messenger. Until this writing is havens heard anything back. Also I have'd tried to join the FB page, but unfortunately they still did not accept me :-( I have tried to call the helpdesk, but they don't pick up :-( But...keep on smiling. I hope that when I received my instruction video's I can write a full review with my experience with this new watch. I do have comparing materials since I already own the Lynx smartwatch and the " normal" watch. For now....if some one here who could help me with the instruction video ( or could me give some explanation what I must do) in a PM I really could appreciate it Hope that I soon can write my review for you |

December 2 and no watch here nor any indication from my mail providers (USPS, UPS, FEXEX) that there is a package on the way from SansMinds.

I’m also still waiting StarManager but I have hope because many are beginning to receive their watches. I’m sure mine will be arriving before the end of the year.
Here is some important information for you once you receive your watches. You will need to register your warranty. Here is the new link. I saw on the FB group how the loose watch face is at least for some people. Apparently someone me sort of foam was added to the ins De of the watch to improve stability. I got two watches in the preorder. The small me works pretty great but I also had the face fall off in a bathroom during normal use. I consider this engineering flaw to make the watches unsuitable for what I would consider normal use
