Don't know if this was ever a book? "Early Dobson" Vol. 1 (DVD & a instant download also.) Sorry, my links for Penquin Magic, where it can be found, don't work for me here. Maybe someone is carrying this on your side of the Atlantic? Update: Vanishing Inc. has this DVD.  )
