If anyone has both inject and wikitest, what is your preference? Which do you seem to use more often? I will likely end up getting both, but just trying to decide where to start, as I can't get them both at the moment. Thanks for any advice and recommendations!

Both are very different apps, it really depends on what you want. Inject can be use as predictions and p**k and many more. Wikitest is an incredible booktest to perform. Personally, if I have to perform just one effect, I usually do Wikitest since it has two reveals. Both apps are incredible and sometime I use them both sometimes if a repeat is needed.

I just upgraded to the pro version, but don't see any difference..?
Anyone else experience this, or have any ideas?
Thanks Smile

There're quite a few extra features - they would have been detailed to you before you bought the purchase. Do you have them turned on?
It might be better to join the Facebook group for support without fear of exposure, else feel free to email me.

Thanks!

It was 100% my fault, and all is as it should be now Smile
The upgrades are absolutely worth it.
Thanks.
Fantastic job.

Android share in the US, 61%
Android share in Europe 65-70%
Global Android domination about 75%
Overall iOS share dropping

Writing an app for only iOS = Poor business decision.

Yet I understand the decision, maintaining an app on Android is hard because of the number of devices and screens you have to take in consideration, and there is also the risk of piracy that is bigger.

When it comes to magic apps, I think that iOS is the way to go, what is cool in this cool is that your phone don't come in play, so in any iOS device will do

What I found is that using Embarcadero RAD Studio (though not the most common development systems) is amazing. I can write an app that will work in windows and then instantly (keeping in mind a few rules) compile it to run on MacOS, any Android phone and the iPhone. It pops up simulators for the phones and you can develop to the least common denominator as far as screen size goes. Then test on a few of the most popular screens to see if anything is formatted strangely you didn't think of and Viola, it builds each version into it's own folder and runs it in the sim or uploads it to any connected phone for testing. One codebase, multiple platforms and you can code in Delphi (my fav) or C++. Like the Apple/PC, iPhone/Android wars, everyone goes to Visual Studio. Depends if you are a Microsoft house, I guess. I use both regularly, but my main product (not a phone app, but a commercial application) is written in Delphi.

I get the piracy thing, but is that a big enough issue to care? "Some will, some won't, so what?" to borrow a sales training mnemonic and apply it to dishonest folks. Typically, you don't make any more or less for apps like this because the ones who would steal it would never have bought it anyway. You are right that a big factor is that only the magician needs the iPhone.

Another option would be "Software as a Service", but then you would be stuck if you didn't have an internet connection with your phone. Oh well, I can just borrow my daughter's iPhone! Smile

Hi all,
Here's a very basic performance video of WikiTest being performed live on stage.
This is simply the basic performance without the extra bells and whistles that WikiTest also offers.

Thanks!

Yes - WikiTest is fully performable in Dutch..!

It works in English, French, German, Dutch, Spanish, Italian, Swedish, Portuguese and Norwegian.

These were no easy feats; language takes a lot of work and is carefully constructed for the effect to fully work as best as it can.

BTW. if I work for a client that speaks another language, is it possible to switch to the needed language (for example from English to German) and also back again for another gig?
