What's the stock and production status on this? I see it is out of stock in most places. Will more be produced? Is a new run expected to fully fix the initial problems in some of the boxes?

There is no initial problems in the boxes as far as I have seen they work literally seamlessly Tarik 😊

Very pleased with this. It works well and is completely baffling to those I've used it on. All my specs have gone nearly half way through the deck before stopping but its not been a problem.

I believe new stock should be available end of this month (April).

Hopefully penguin will get some of the blacks (I put a pre order in mar 1st)

For 6 months now I have been doing a mini magic show every Friday for a group of co-workers. Used "the gift" today for first time using the exact routine demonstrated with the s*****d deck, and got amazing reactions. I use these Friday shows to test drive tricks, and from today's feedback, this is going straight to the A list. Fantastic piece of kit !!

I love this effect 😊 Anyone have any good ideas of carrying this around on them at a gig or are you all doing it maybe once at the end for the booker etc like I have been ? I want to do it as part of a set really but its awkward to carry around all the time , regards Tarik 😊

Is there any memory work needed. I'm an old timer and my memory is not working so good.

there is virtually no mem work needed. If you can count and remember 1 to 4 you are good.
The best thing about it, is there are endless possibilities!
The gift is so much fun I you will spend some time just watching it work. I really love it it's just too much fun.

Hi, I have read some reviews of the Gift on a site and it was posted that the first batch had some issues with the strongness and the surface area of the 'gimmick'. This caused some issues when 'finding the sweet spot' during performance.

But a few users also posted that this has been resolved in the second batch. Can you please confirm that its true. Is it also true for the remaining gold edition boxes that were in second batch?

It wasn't true apart from a few magnets had lost some power in the TT in transit but that was rare 😉 and was an easy 2 min fix but has been addressed now on any future batches regards Tarik 😊

As new stock is now in play and there are new owners now, I am getting a sudden wave of people wanting to join the dedicated Facebook group. Anyone who has received The Gift from the recent second batch, upon opening the deck please deal the cards one by one onto the table, reversing the order of the deck. It is now ready to go.
