Speaking of torture, I'm going inflict some on myself and predict the winner of tonight's Super Bowl.
I've been wrong the last three years, so what the heck. Falcons 24 Patriots 17.

I have to say I was VERY underwhelmed by Lady Ga Ga.
I never knew what a total rip off she was of Madonna. With all the painfully obvious (And necessary.) lip-synch bs why not just do a Cirque show or something like that? The biggest night in music? Hardly.

Let me start by saying I assumed she was lip-syncing but then I am a cynical sob. And I did not listen closely to her performance.
I'm not a fan of Lady Gaga's (not that I dislike her either), but I've read that she is against lip-syncing. Not that she criticizes others who do it, but she says she does not feel it is right for her. That was an amazing performance!" "And I ... [sing] competitively as well. For me I knew it wasn't lip synced by all the slight note imperfections here and there, the breaths, and her at one point coming in a slight bit early rushing a beat. Of course I didn't give a *** about any of those--they just made the whole thing feel more authentic."

About Lady Gaga: I only watched parts of it, but the vocal wasn't perfect ... so that leads me to believe she was really singing. About the game: Now THAT'S a come-back! Amazing! |
