Hey all,
Just wondering what you all view as your favourite game with an ordinary pack of cards for both groups of people and also solitaire. I'd be interested more in you favourite solitaire games, seeing as sometimes people don't always trust me when I play cards with them... Don't know why

A lot of poker players on here.
I'll play almost any variation dependent upon the buy-in. I prefer playing tournament style and will go with dealers choice for a buy-in of $50 or less, but above that I prefer standard Texas Hold'em. I don't play any solitaire type games. If I'm alone with a deck of cards I will only end up coming up with a new variation of a card trick if I do.

To us, poker is a business. We run a cash game and the cash game of choice here is Omaha 4,5 or 6 card dealers choice.

Anyone play the bluffing game, Bull...t? I also like to play Crazy Eights, preferrably with a group of 4. I play Klondike Solitaire on my computer, and cheat! Lynn

What if the Hokey Pokey really IS what it's all about?
My neighbor rang my doorbell at 2:30 a.m. this morning, can you believe that, 2:30 a.m.!? Lucky for him I was still up playing my drums. |

Most memorable card game (in the days when I was still a rock star) involved me playing a game of strip poker with two lovely young ladies.

Now Arthur, what EVER happened to that "true stories" thread that was going a few years back? This strip poker game woulda' made a good blow-, uh, by-blow description.

I'm trying to remember all the variations of Stud Poker we used to play on the road. One of them involved each player sticking one card to their forehead, which they could not see, but which was visible to all the other players. Anyone know the name of that game? |

That's Indian Poker! We used to play it when we got tired at the end of the night.
