Doing a search for a particular phrase, I see a lot of hits in a forum called The Kitchen, but I don't see it listed on the main menu. Plus you need access rights to read what's in there.

Nah, it's just a place for staff to mingle, that's all.

Sure, why not? There's some of that, of course, but it's mostly used for other things like who's handling what section when - that sort of stuff. There's a LOT of planning that goes on behind the scenes that nobody really sees. It's incredible, really - meticulous too. I've never seen the like, and I've been around forums for a good long time.
