Look at Jeff McBrides Butterfly blizzard. Its a little different but a great effect. The street might be a little windy for these type of effects.
Enjoy your magic,

and let others enjoy it as well!

It's been published in dozens of books. Have you tried Tarbell?

@Riffraff I asked where can I buy it, not how to do it.

@amirb401: your original post betrays the fact that you have very little knowledge of magic.
I didn't answer the question you asked, but the question that you should have asked.
Magic is my passion. Is is beautiful when presented expertly, but it becomes ugly when prostituted.

Amirb, it may be much easier to purchase, but if you want a custom load size, you sort of have to make your own. Nick Einhorn has a version in one of his books that would let you customize the load. You could even mix it up and add different colors to make it thematic if you want.

It can be a lovely effect, seeing the shower of confetti (yes, Dick, I refer to the effect as what is seen by the audience, as well as the potential "wow" effect on them). But it is messy, so bring a broom.
