The Chrome Kings Playing Card Project has long been a dream of underground playing card legend De'vo vom Schattenreich.
As a world renowned card expert, producer and art director, De'vo has produced 30 of the world's finest playing card decks. De'vo's playing cards have appeared on television including Stan Lee's Super Humans television show! De'vo's cards are in the homes of celebrities and Hollywood superstars and used by magicians, card players and card artists around the world. Some of these decks sell out in just minutes after release.

Several years ago, De'vo had an idea to create a complete deck of playing cards in complete 3D environments and wanted to create this on his own without the help of any other artists. With that goal in mind De'vo began the long journey and finally his very first work of art is complete! Each and every court card is its own fully detailed 3D model that was built from scratch, then textured, lit and photographed for each individual card. The photographs taken of each model are then printed on playing cards by The United States Playing Card Company - Made in USA! Each deck has its own built in features such as the Artist Edition which can make 4 mini posters just by laying down the number cards, to special cards for magicians that make your spectators card and the entire deck appear to change colors. De'vo has also put together a special game using the Battle Pack that turns the deck into a fun battle game. "Chrome Kings Battle" is similar to the game of "War" but has much more depth. CHROME KINGS PLAYERS EDITION - Designed for those that like to play games with playing cards, this amazing deck features face cards that are captured in traditional playing card design fashion for use in poker, magic and card manipulation. The back design uses De'vo's signature twin tip mirror back design concept with an amazing back designed for manipulation. The backs and faces will make different fans depending on which way you fan them. Each court card is completely different and was created in 3D with unbelievable details! There are two different Jokers (big and little) as well as a blank card and a color changing double backer card for magicians. The box has a silver foil seal. The overall style of this deck is unmistakable, yet still retains the overall feel of traditional playing cards. CHROME KINGS ARTIST EDITION - There has never been anything quite like this deck! The amount of ingenuity and thought / design that went into this deck will blow you away! This incredible deck was created with the collector in mind. The back design is similar to the Players Edition but with a Dragon on the back dial. Each court card is different, and has split images of each court card 3D model shown at different angles. The number cards of each suit were carefully designed to come together and form the 3D King of each suit into a mini poster. Each deck contains four "mini-posters" created by the number cards. The box and special cards within were designed specifically for a color changing deck routine perfect for magicians. The box can look silver or red, depending on which angle it's viewed from. This deck has a special Ad card with De'vo's signature, a red / silver double backer, and two different jokers with red backs for the color changing deck routine. This deck also has a custom silver foil seal.

MADE IN THE USA - Printed by the United States Playing Card Company (USPCC.) Many custom decks are now being made cheaper outside of the USA, however De'vo believes in having his cards printed in America, and loves the extremely high quality of the cards from the USPCC. Foreign cards reek of chemicals when you smell the cards and their paper stock just isn't up to the quality De'vo demands. If you haven't felt De'vo's playing cards before, then you are in for a treat! His cards are very smooth and designed for use by the world's best card manipulators. De'vo's decks are known by many as the finest playing cards in the world.

CHROME KINGS BATTLE PACK - Turn your decks into a game by adding the Battle Pack. This pack contains a Limited Edition Chrome Kings two inch Coin, that has an epoxy dome and will be individually numbered (300 limited run per coin), a very cool Chrome Kings engraved plastic dice that is silver / marble in color, and instructions for "Chrome Kings Battle" which is a game that uses both the coin and the die. This game is similar to the game of "War" but has some fun and significant differences.

RISKS AND CHALLENGES

We have been producing and shipping products since 2003. We have produced 30 different decks of playing cards, all of the artwork is already approved and in the USPCC pipeline. The coin and dice artwork is also approved and in the pipeline. We have customer service in place and will ship your orders as soon as the products arrive. Because we already have everything in the artwork pipelines, we expect to be able to get these out to you in August, 2017 or earlier if possible.
