I’m thinking of subscribing to Reel Magic
But I’m not sure it ‘works’ how I would need it to The way I consume [Genii for example] magic is that I have an issue downloaded [on my iPhone] and read it while on the Tube [underground] As there is no service area – it needs to be completely downloaded I can take my iPad on journeys too But when you select an issue – it doesn’t look like you have it downloaded [like a DVD] on your device – but that it is lots of little downloads… as you watch it... this wouldn’t work [at all - for me] Once you subscribe – is there a way to down load whole issues at a time, and then ‘put’ them on to my iPad [?] so I can watch it all offline and not worry that I’m underground/in the air [?] Thanks for any help |

The problem with letting people download is they will subscribe, download everything and then unsubscribe....so for $5 they could get everything... This is the Netflix of Magic.....it works the same way
Theres a free weekend coming up May 5th..... Shoot me an email and I will send you the information kozmomagic@me.com |

Ok
I wasn't thinking it through But as I said I know how I would use it - and that would be while on the underground [so not while online] - that's the only time I seem to have that is always 'free' for a magazine/program Shame it doens't work for me [being streaming only] All the best though |

Duster there are two options that sound like they may work for you .... from the Reel Magic Subscriptions:
==================================================================================================================== DVD The DVD version of Reel Magic is the same great value that we've been delivering to you since 2007. When you buy Reel Magic Magazine on DVD ($60 inside the U.S. or $110 outside the U.S.), you receive a disc in the mail that is yours to keep. Just place the disc into your DVD player or computer to watch it. There is also a digital version of the entire magazine on each DVD that you can sync from your computer to your tablet or smartphone. It's a great way to enjoy the magazine on the go! The DVD requires that you subscribe annually and (of course) wait for the disc to arrive in the mail. REEL MAGIC MAX Take your Reel Magic experience to the max! Enjoy the benefits of both versions (DVD & ON DEMAND) with Reel Magic Max. For just $8 in the U.S. or $10 outside the U.S. (billed via autopay), you will have access to everything Reel Magic Magazine has to offer. That's each DVD (beginning with the next issue after subscription) and every past and future issue (including BONUS material) from Reel Magic On Demand (for as long as you're a subscriber)! It just doesn't get any better! =============================================================================================================================== Hope this helps .... I will be looking into the regualr on demand myself.I just don;t have the room for DVD's at this point.

I have to say. The $8 or $10 for the DVD AND the Digital access is freaking awesome!
Way too much great stuff on there to pas this up. And the best part? If you find you aren't using it you should quit magic and stop the subscription and sell your stuff and start sewing or something... Mike |

I subscribed to Reel Magic Max back in March and can certainly agree that it is among the best deals in magic. I've been watching the On Demand issues from Issue #1 and am only through Issue #15...it's cost me plenty of practice time, but each issue has been very interesting and informative. I've only received one DVD so far (Steven Spill) and am curious about how frequently these are sent out to subscribers since a new edition has been available online for several weeks. I used the"Contact" button on the site to ask this question a week-or-so ago, but haven't received a response to date. Can any long-term subscribers provide any information about this question?
