Hello. I am seeking a little help. I was wondering if anyone knows whether or not busking is suppressed in Springfield MO. I am wanting to take a friend to the downtown area during Cinco De Mayo and give it a go

From personal experience, I'd drive a completely around MO, just to avoid Springfield.

I ended up not thinking I would have enough time. We did get to stop by the area shortly though. I kicked myself seeing the crowds that had gathered. I'm planning on timing the next time I'm home with first Friday and giving it a go

Hey Kyoki,
just between you and me: I've found, townes that have 'major fests', like the one use just spoke of; ...the audience, the 'natives', are generally "open" to shows,. and 'happenings', when NÖ Fest is happening(!). Much MORE then townes or enviroments where every weekend, there is a party in towne. (AND, everyone will tell you, "You should come and play the 'bla bla bla Fest'!,. ..it's even better!,..!) my experience. Good luck buddy. Wind at your back, smile on your face, Gallagher |
