last week and a pdf file in his "Digital Shelf" is broken.

I can not open that pdf file.

I contacted him since last week via both ientertainer and paypal emails already but still no reply.

Anyone know how to contact him?

I afraid that my money is gone.

I checked and was able to open it just fine. If you download it on a desktop computer, click on the file, and open it with Adobe Reader. If doing it over a smart device, just download the Adobe Reader app, and open the file with it.

Try deleting it and download it again. There may have been an issue when you down;loaded it.
