george 1953 lives in Mallorca Spain. Not sure, if that is close to where you will be ? He, was always kind to Spooky members. George, made that nice little video introduction for Luna & R.S. that he shared with many of us. I've not seen him posting for a bit here...maybe, you can hit him with a PM!

Alas, Mallorca is an island... will not be going there this trip - was there years ago - its fantastic place. For spookies, if you do go there, you have to check out the Caves of Hooks... an underground realm of wonder... and you go on boats through an underground lake, and they have performances of an orchestra playing music in a vast submerged cavern. Cthulhu smiled!

Too bad you weren't doing this last November.
Flew into Madrid, then drove to Toledo, to Merida, hit up Alhambra and some other non-coastal cities, then down to the coast and up the coast to Barcelona. Did 16 cities in 12 days. The flew off to Israel (I always make Israel if I'm anywhere around the big pond). We could have met up 
Where are you going to be this November? Doing Greece (yes, and then Israel). |

Hi Al,
November, I was in homeland Canada. Busy time - also with kids, hard to take extended vacations until summer. This November, likely still in Canada. But if you ever visit Toronto, let me know! Last time I was in Israel was 1993.... just after the gulf war ended. It was a great time, it was pretty peaceful at the timel.... visited Jordan, Egypt etc. The archaeological sites were amazing - the landscapes superb - food amazing,,,,, got to go back someday.

I've just been to Barcelona. I will certainly be going again. I can recommend a decent restraunt that was recommended to us by the locals if you want.
