You say you have no complaints but yet you seem to be unhappy that you bought it, but for $5.00 I think the core principle alone is worth it. Personally, I like it a lot and will definitely use it. IMO, it is a better effect than many (not all) of the effects on the recent surge of self-working card trick DVD's including the 3 by John Bannon (and I am a huge Bannon fan!) |

Saw the trailer and the $5 price tag, and didn't even hesitate on this one. I have a few of CF videos, and been happy with those and I liked the idea of another impromptu trick.
No disappointment here, like others have said, this is one to use when someone asks you to show them a trick on the spot. Being able to use their deck and no pre-setup makes it a great choice. |

Liked this. The only part I didn't care for was putting the selected card on top of the deck after chosen, but there are many other ways to go about getting the card to the right place. Nice effect for $5 and happy with the purchase.

[/quote] I ment, complicate for the viewers to solve , not for the performer. search for ben blau tricks , for example "Sophisthree" ( need a little setup that can be hide by a false shuffle , but still one of the best ) but francis , I saw a lot of satisfied buyers , so all good . |

To me the card on top is not a problem, and in fact, as I use the trick (due to the current setup of my set) with handprinted cards which do not do well with sleights, the handling as presented is perfect. And I do not believe that this will ever be an issue, as for most to all observers the method will not be obvious even should they suspect you did not really shuffle. A very good little video!
I'd rather be read than (w)ri(gh)t(e)

A pretty darn good trick and at the low price I certainly cannot complain. I will be making a few small changes in the handling to make this workable for performing standing without a table. And for those still on the fence, I'm quite confident that this will fool and entertain your audiences.

This is a well done and excellent adaption of a known and dated technique. What is old is new again. Cameron does a great job with explaining his routine. The performance presented is itself well worth the price. This really is worth the five bucks. I do not understand the negative comments over what amounts to a good trick for the cost of a glass of beer.

Not a masterpiece.... a simple trick that would fool lay people but absolutely not magicians.

With that being said I was fooled by the performance of the original method that Cameron was fooled by. Regardless I do like Cameron's performance better than the original and makes more sense. I did however throw in a cut at a specific part of the routine which I think should help with the deceptiveness. This is by no means a knock on the effect. This is truly worth the $5 spent if not more |

Like I said, I didn't set out to fool magicians with this one but some very smart guys were indeed fooled by it. Obviously, everyone's knowledge and experience are different so not everyone will be fooled. But lay folk don't stand a chance.

I really enjoy the number Prediction approach to this. I feel like it adds a air of improbability of it. Despite them shuffling and dealing you still know the exact position of it.
Bravo sir. Ryan |

I haven't shown this to anyone yet. But I can't wait. It's based on a slick principle that will fly by the best of 'em. I've been playing with this since I picked it up this past weekend and am looking forward to showing it off.
Very happy with my purchase - totally worth it. Oscar |
