Hey Guys!

A few years ago, you might recall me posting in the Café here a system I was in the process of developing that would allow restaurant magicians to PROVE to the management exactly how much revenue they were bringing into the restaurant on the nights they performed! Well...I'm happy to announce that I have finally put this course together and it's ready...kind of...

For the last couple years, I was only offering the course as a one-hour Skype session where I opened it up to a few people. But now, I have sat down and recorded the course as a 5-video module that outlines:

• What the Tracking System is and What it Isn't
• Utilizing Social Media for Promotions and Running Sweepstakes & Contests
• The Perfect Sweepstakes Platform to Use
• Tips on Handling Tips
***BONUS*** How to leverage the tracking system to land MASSIVE leads for holiday bookings! (This one idea made me $15,000 in one month for Christmas bookings!)

A LOT of guys here on the Café as well as outside were incredibly skeptical that it was actually possible to track the amount of business a magician could bring into the restaurant...and it was..until now Smile

Here's some feedback from some well known names here in the Café that were the first ones to hear of the system:

Testimonial 1

"Michael already qualifies as a Facebook guru in my book. But a couple years ago we were chatting about tracking results as he speaks of and he DOES HAVE A SYSTEM and it does work. I can not make it too much more simple." - Danny Doyle

Testimonial 2

"I had the chance to speak with Michael Eaton today and I found his system to be very impressive. He has different ways to track the customers who come in for magic and a way to report this data to the restaurants. I really like this system, it makes a lot of sense and I can see how it will benefit a restaurant and the magician. I hope his book comes out soon because I would like a copy. " - Tim Friday

Testimonial 3

"I'm a metrics guy. I don't like to assume anything. I want to know exactly how customers found me. I want to know the impact of my service to restaurants in quantifiable terms. The fact that customers and management love me is not good enough.

I've lost a restaurant gig where after nearly a year of service, the owner overrode the general manager's desire to have me there. I was viewed as unnecessary overhead. Now if I had a way to show on paper with dollars and cents that I'm helping put more money in his pocket with me, then how could the owner not keep me?

Saying that the sales are up on the night that I'm there, compared to months and years in the past when they didn't have me is insufficient. That helps, but is not proof positive. The hotel up the street could have a special promotion going on that brings in more guests that results in the hotel guests incidentally coming to where I perform. There could be local convention at the same time, or other LUCKY factors that benefit me.

With all of that said, when Michael Eaton indicated that he could do this in a manner to help show not only my entertainment value, but my economic value to a restaurant, then I was curious. I took action and paid to spend an hour with Michael Eaton on the phone today. I don't have the time to wait for his book to be released. He shared with me his restaurant entertainer tracking system.

If you are really really serious about not just being a great magician, but also a great businessman in the entertainment business, then you need this information. It would apply to other types of restaurant entertainment also. This does involve some work to implement and maintain. So, if you are lazy...forget about it.

I wrote three pages of notes during the call. Oh...he also shared a fantastic way to boost your holiday corporate walk-around show bookings by thousands....very sneaky and smart. Well I've got the knowledge now. It's up to me to implement and reap the rewards.

This is not a paid endorsement." - Michael Douglas

"Tom I talked with Micheal yesterday I bought his system and it indeed does track where those fans eat how many eat where and even some other data when implemented properly.

Not only does it track the results but it shows proof of where the "lead/diner/foodie" came from and can create a repeatable list to market to with BOR, Upcoming Shows, and other such things.

All in all it was worth the $100 I paid to get it before the 1st and I do not even work restaraunts. Instead I will be applying it with a few tweeks to Resorts, Bars, Service clubs, and one tip to corporate. So it was well worth the cost.

Simply if you want it get it if not don't it is just another tool in the arsenal." -Jesse Lewis

I opened the course up at $97 to the first few that took advantage of the offer but soon increased the price to $197 because I realized the REAL value it brought to the table (no pun intended). And it's been $197 for the last few years as a Skype session. But now, I have recorded all the videos and am working on including some additional bonuses such as design templates for posters, business cards, table tents, Facebook covers and posts to help promote your restaurant, some swipe files and a lot of other goodies! So, until I have those items ready, I have brought the price BACK down to $97 but ONLY until the bonuses are ready..which will probably be in the next couple weeks! Once they are online, I will bring the price back up to $197.

So if you're interested in having a system that will allow you to track, down to the PENNY, bow much money you're bringing into the business, THIS is the course you need!

Congratualtions Michael! This should be a valuable tool for restaurant workers by the sound of it.

I would however like to ask you a few questions. I have never condoned that a entertainer approach any venue (restuarant, nightclub, comedy club, etc.) under the premise or with the promise of "I can increase your business" or "I can make you money/bring in profits, etc." or "I can bring in/you new customers." These are bold claims.

I have always felt there are other and better ways (premises) to approach these venues (as a basis for a long-term account or relationship), simply because most performers can not deliver these results, let alone with any consistency. So are you condoning the premise of approaching restaurants on the basis that they can increase sales and profits with your system? Or is this just more of a tool/resource to know numbers for yourself while offering some technical support data to the client in addition to your services. Does/Can the performer charge the client/venue for such data or services?

Hi Mindpro! Good hearing from you Smile

The system has never been about promising anything to the management. It has and always will remain a system to only track the revenue the magician is bringing into the business. I am totally against ANYONE who claims they can increase sales....without being able to back it up. And even then, they usually have no "measuring stick" to show the management that they have increased business.

I agree it IS a bold statement for anyone to try and do that.

I know in the past, here in the forums, some have claimed they have increased business but when push comes to shove and the management needs to see that data to justify the costs of having you there....sadly, they cannot show it. THAT is the reason I put this together. I too have been in the hot seat and brought back into the office only to be told "We gotta let you go" because management didn't believe the magic was adding to their bottom line. But to be able to print out monthly reports and seeing the numbers has proved invaluable to me. Especially in those times when your employment comes into question. As magicians, we are expendable and usually the first to go when money is tight.

The goal of establishing a residency is to be an ASSET to the business and not a liability.

I don't perform at restaurants but am curious if your system could be used at other venues . . . say festivals or other events?
