I am looking to compile a list of magic tricks that require an audience member (or myself) to sit down on a chair in order to perform the routine. For example, paper balls over the head.

Yes

Have any volunteer come on stage and sit while you perform just about anything. Having them put you in a Strait Jacket might be an exception.
