I know of the American Gaff Coin Makers (Lassen, Schoolcraft etc.) but would like to know of anyone that does the same in Europe for a special project I have. Thanks.

Forgive me if I sound ignorant, but why in the hell would you gaff an English penny with a single cut? Is there something about overseas currency I'm missing here? I have a bunch of English pennies coming to me so I can covert them into 3 fold.
But I just still do not understand why earlier currency only had one cut?
