Hi. Yes and yes, so hopefully they should arrive in the next day or two in the UK.

They were on sale at LADS and I have some here. Very humbled by the interest and most of the first run has now been sold. Hope everyone enjoys it. We are just proud that it's now out there. Thanks to everyone for the kind words and pms. It really does mean the world.
