Mississippi's Accountability Government Information and Collaboration -MAGIC
If there is a single truth about Magic, it is that nothing on earth so efficiently evades it.

Just across the state line.
The reason I'm so mad was that the @#!^%$ South Haven Police killed another person a couple of days ago.
The police went to arrest him at his home in the middle of the night. According to the official report filed by both officers they both had to fire in self defense because he was pointing a gun at them.
According to pictures shown on local TV, all four shots were fired through the closed front door. According to witnesses the police came up to the door and began shooting without warning. It should come as no surprise that the dead man had never had any warrant issued for him, ever. He was not the named suspect, and the police were at the wrong address.
The officers have been rewarded with paid leaves.
That was then, yesterday the same White Haven police did charge some one with Murder, a young man involved in a multicar pileup where someone died. They have not said that he was at fault, but did charge him with homicide and are holding him without bail because he has a "bad heart". Not heart disease, you know just a bad heart.

FWIW, someone in a position of power said today that laws are stacked against the police and that they should be a little more cavalier in their behaviour. IOTW, expect more of the same.
