Another self working miracle from John Bannon.

Is this a marked ESP deck, if it is would sell to a much wider audience than the one effect shown in the trailer, it maybe obvious to magicians but I think the effect shown would play well to laymen, this maybe an opening effect into further ESP effects

I would imagine most intermediate level magicians would know how to figure this out since it uses basic principles.
I would also imagine most of the general public would enjoy it thoroughly and not have a clue on how it was done. |

How the sign are get arranged there is no problem. The nice thing in this is how the numbers are always working, I don't have it but I guess it is got to do with magic s....., but still it have to work on all directions and combinations and this is the real magic in this trick to get the right number in the right place.

Both numbers and symbols are very easy to work out
I like how it says: ESP By The Numbers (Gimmicks and Online Instructions) And then the copy says: ESP By The Numbers is totally self-working. No sleight of hand. No gimmicks. No sticky stuff. Just a brain frying piece of magic that you'll want to perform again and again and again! So you get gimmicks, but it uses no gimmicks I think Gimmicks up top just means you get the cards The probalem with the 65 total - is that it's a second phase reveal that feels cheaper, because ESP signs having numbers on doesn't seem 'normal' - so the ESP reveal feels like it could be real... but the numbers adding up takes this to a cheap parlour trick I know Bannon used to bang on that he wasn't a pro But if he just had the first phase, and got the spec to change their choice on one of the choices... then maybe this would be an alright ESP trick I think if the cards didn't have numbers on - he wouldn't be able to sell this trick... as then it would just be a magazine article |

I think a smart layperson might figure out the first part but would have a hard time working out the number total.
Also I guess the total is always the same making this non repeatable. |
