I recently dinged the rim of the bottom (saddle) of a "bronzed" copper cup with one of the other cups and there's a spot now where the clear coating is starting to peel. Is there any way to fix this? I'm not worried about the small indentation, I'm just afraid that the clear coating will continue to peel off and be even more obvious and potentially ruin the cup.

You should take them to a polishing house, have them strip the old finish, spin them against a wheel to shine them up and have them apply a fresh coat of lacquer.
I don't know of a way to do it, on one cup, in one spot, and have it look good - with good results.
