Using a wallet s****h works. There is also a really nice display that Greg Wilson does with Foreign Affair and Illegal Tender that you can use as well. If you want to borrow the bill, you can do the old gag of "perfect you gave this to me right?" and place it in your wallet. There are a few options

Close up Magic Volume 2 Worlds Greatest magic has Greg Wilson's version Foreign Affair. Available now on sale at LLepub. As Greg explains you start dirty and end clean so nothing to ring in.

21st Century Bill Transpo is also on the download with Eugene Burger and David Parr explaining their versions with minor variations.
