What can be done? Accepting that exposes can and will continue to happen what can we do about it? The op has told us about a dealer that allegedly exposes secrets to the general masses. What will we do? Will we boycott the dealer? Will we ask that he stop? I just think a course of action is better than griping.
No matter how many times you say the wrong thing, it will NEVER be right.

If I'm not responding to you? It's because you're a TROLL!

What do you suggest as a course of action? (not being aggressive - I agree with what you are saying. I just don't know what we can do.)

Ask him to stop. Sure.
It could work.
But keep in mind some day we will have to grip.

Dealers in magical realms will read this board. If they see that we want this, they will change. We are the customer, they want to appeal to us. I think they should have a barrier to entry if too much info is given, most here seem to agree. If you feel strongly, write a letter to the company, if enough of us do that, they will change.

Thanks to everyone for their views. I hope Stuart is right that if we are vocal about the fact that we don't want this exposure on marketing sites, the dealers will get the hint and change. It's certainly worth a try in my view.

Depends on what you want to be doing. If you want an open market like this one via the Café and its advertisers then just let the news roll by and work on your performing skills.
If you really want a craft of secrets and are okay not discussing items in the open... get good enough at performing that others who feel similarly will notice your work and then they can choose whether to discuss matters with you or refer you to others ...need to know basis.
