I vote for Mystique Factory . Ordered products end of October still no products and NO communication from them after multiple emails. Lucky I used PayPal I will now ask for a refund.

You need to name the award...Like The Houdin Award, Razzie, etc.... So at the end of the voting we can announce: and "The Bernie Madoff Award goes to...."

Maybe it should be called the "Hankie" in honor of Hank Lee.

Alex Pandrea's Final trick should be called. Incommunicado or you can twist in the wind aces. Smile

What a depressing thread. It's meant to be the season of goodwill to all men (including Costas). Smile

Outlaw? I've never heard any complaints and always get great service. Weird.

It is indeed not the nicest thread, but it helps (informs) magicians and that is not a bad thing. However, one bad comment does not mean that it is a bad dealer.
There could be several reasons...

I buy a lot of magic tricks from a variety of dealers. They vary in price and quality. Communication is the key to great customer service and ironically does not cost much. A lot a dealers do it well but some like MF are horrible with it.
