Can’t believe this one gets the reactions it does but WOW! Well worth the 20 bucks even if you only do it a couple times.

Had this app for a while and I could not think of a right justification for two people to use it
Now I am getting great reactions using This patter

the reason we all have phone numbers is to protect our privacy and identity so we are all given unique numbers made up of random digits.
What they do not tell you that there are many different combinations of numbers which could also link into your personal number.
It’s just finding the right radio frequency waves to link to your number.
Can I just try something to see if we can get a connection of radio waves passing between you both.
Can you touch each other’s hands ,
Then you dial number and the opposite spectators or friends phone rings .
To set this make sure you have the word unknown in contacts with number as unknown comes up on screen when they ring it
And gets great reactions as they have both witnessed the typed phone number so it does not make no difference if they see the typed numbers or not

Are you sure you’re not thinking of the stranger?

I love this app. It is super easy to use and is way cheaper than the stranger. If you put in some work like I have I set up automatic texting and I figured out how to use recordings. This is highly recommended. I think this might be my favorite magic app.

Been using this application too
Force a take away food on them eg pizza,(there are many ways now to force things)
You tell the spectator imagine you could order this food for a takeaway and type any random digits in phone.
Spectator types any random number using diverter ,the number rings and a pizza shop answers ,
I go more into a routine on this is just the basics

Of course. However, I've since added a bunch more features, and I'd argue that the current price is still way underpriced for what you get.

All your apps are worth more than their price.

Diverter 2 is out now on the App Store.

It brings:

- A complete app redesign.
- You can now send info to your accomplice via multiple novel input methods.
- Diverter now supports lists, from star signs to playing card stacks and more. It comes with many built in lists, but you can add your own.
- You can share lists, and even import an *existing* list from DFB.
- Mask Number now updates your accomplice's contact automatically.
- The selected info gets automatically transmitted over the phone call.
- The call can be via a cellular phone call, or via Facetime Audio. You can even switch to FaceTime Video.
- Fully supports modern iOS features such as Dark Mode.
- Works with any region and number format.

As always, it's a free update for all users via the App Store:

(I realise this thread was started when Diverter used to be a $4 app - indeed, those who bought it back when it was released in 2016 at that price will be getting all of these updates at no extra charge..!)

That’s why we trust your apps. Never going to let a product die off and the old customers get left behind, you always have the best customer service, even for an app like WebFX which is completely free!

This has just had an immense update - again for free.

Stupidly cheap price. No nickel and dime action for the parts you really want, no subscriptions and no attempt to charge people performing it on TV or the internet! Oh and it is the original version of this idea - unlike some overpriced knockoffs floating about the place.

Thank you Marc!

I've just released Diverter 4.0.1 which includes support for Kinetic Mental Dice.

This means that your spectator can roll up to three dice, and using the Web Peek or Audio Peek transmission methods, the person on the phone will be able to reveal exactly what they are.
Your spectator can even re roll the dice during the call, and your accomplice will always receive the latest up to date information!

You can download the Diverter app here:
