Just scrolling through the site and noticed in penny for your thoughts, Paul Brooks is bringing his podcast to an end today. I’m going to give these a listen from tomorrow. Does anybody listen to any other magic oriented podcasts that they’d recommend?

I am biased, but I quite enjoy Seances and Spookshow's podcast. http://seancesandspookshows.libsyn.com/
While it's not necessarily magic-centric, Gingerocity is done by my friend Daniel Greenwolf and has many good episodes. http://gingerosity.libsyn.com/ (also biased on that one)

Just found out about Discourse in Magic, which looks really good. Also Art of Magic podcast is solid with good in depth interviews.

My favorites are above, here are some as well. I haven't listened to them much, yet.

It's not their senses that mislead, it's their assumptions.

This is random but I would love a podcast about magic tricks that went wrong, learning how the performer dealt with the situation.

There was a podcast called "Deception" which I really enjoyed.
The magic subjects were interesting but they stopped podcasting in 2016. You can still listen to their podcasts from their website. They're a bunch of crazy guys. The only problem is I had a hard time understanding their British accent. I think it's Cockney.

Here's a concise and focused podcast called the "Magic Busines Podcast" about the business of making magic, excellent for serious beginners to advanced. These fast 20-minute interviews share insightful and delightful wisdom from some of the most accomplished in magic: Max Maven, Kevin James, Gaetan Bloom, Bob Fitch, The Evasons, Michael Close, etc. Take a listen at...

I like Vanishing Magic's The Insider. It's short and sweet. The last two interviews were Jamy Ian Swiss. Prior to that was Carissa Hendrix.
Discourse in Magic is the best in my opinion. Jonah Babins is interested the business side of magic these days, but he's interviewed just about everyone and he really geeks out in a good way. I'm a beginner/hobbyist, but I've learned a lot. Check it out. https://discourseinmagic.com |

For what it's worth, I have a new one out called "The Mastermind Show with Curtis The Mentalist." The primary target isn't really other magicians/mentalists, I'm still inviting anyone and everyone to give it a listen/watch. The main thrust is scams and cons, funny and weird news from around the web, some of my commentary from over 30 years in business, and conversations with actors, comedians, magicians, etc., who share some of the craziest and most absurd things that have happened to them while performing or traveling on the road in a segment I call "Road Kill." Plus I do ticket giveaways for my public shows, free T-shirts, etc. It's still a work in progress but I'm having some fun with it.
Available on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, Stitcher, Google Podcasts, and many other platforms. Watch video episodes on YouTube channel here: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PL......_uqHxFdr Website for the podcast: https://mastermindshowcomedy.com
